When you pay you have to make the delivery address as instructed on the link you have. Read it for full instructions.

I don,t see anywhere such an option, although the sellers sends the orders by Royal Mail.

This is what your RM link says, can only be used if seller offers it, I have never seen it on ebay sellers I have bought from.

As said, it is the seller who offers the option, not the website.
