    <description>&lt;P&gt;He won't reply after 10 months.&amp;nbsp; Ebays money back guarantee is only good for 30 days, for items found to be defective on arrival - not 10 months later.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebay don't get involved in warranty issues so you will need to deal with this yourself.&amp;nbsp; If it was a UK business seller you could contact trading standards, but if it was an overseas, or private seller there is nothing you can do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a power meter in December 2016. The meter measures power consumption of plugged in appliances. The meter no longer works. The manufacturer has a one year warranty for the product. The manufacturer wants me to contact the ebay seller about the warranty. The seller did not reply to 3 emails sent .&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
