      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just sold my suzuki cappuccino&amp;nbsp; ( eBay item number: 23249404285 )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as a non runner and requiring lots of welding to underside, it went as a buy it now and the buyer paid straight away then rung me to say he was arranging a car transporter.&amp;nbsp; after 3 days waiting he now wants a refund with no explanation or reason given.&amp;nbsp; how do I stand ?&amp;nbsp; am I obliged to give him a full refund ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
