&lt;P&gt;You then refund fully within the case details,&amp;nbsp; and within 8 days,&amp;nbsp; before the buyer can escalate to eBay,&amp;nbsp; that way there is no defect&amp;nbsp; on your account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
