      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have very recently&amp;nbsp;sold an expensive pair of&amp;nbsp;18ct gold, diamond and ruby earrings. These were very well described, weight and measurements given and well &amp;nbsp;photographed. I offered a refund if the buyer wasn't delighted... He seemingly was very pleased with them on receipt&amp;nbsp;as&amp;nbsp;I received excellent feedback and a very pleasant email to thank me.&amp;nbsp;Now a few days later, he has contacted me to say that he thinks the earrings (which are to be&amp;nbsp;a present for his wife) are likely to be too big for her ear lobes and he wants me to refund his payment. Am I in my rights to refuse in these circumstances?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
