    <description>&lt;P&gt;I take it that you have not yet taken the time out to read the eBay money-back scheme details?&amp;nbsp; If not then do so now, there is a link to it on every listing page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you had opened a case for item not-as-described then eBay would have given you a prepaid returns label to print and use at the seller's expense.&amp;nbsp; As things stand, you would be relying on the seller's honesty to get a repayment of the return costs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a blood pressure monitor, when it arrived it was nothing like the photo and a different model altogether. &amp;nbsp;I started a return and posted the item off recorded deliver. the same day first class due to bank holiday.The seller says I should have waited for a bag so they say they will not refund my return postage which cost me £4.40. &amp;nbsp;They said it was their return policy. &amp;nbsp;I could see nothing on the listing only saying returns accepted within 30 days and buyer pays postage costs. &amp;nbsp;It said nothing about waiting for a bag to send item back. &amp;nbsp;Should they still pay at least some of the postage, as they stated they get reduced postage, I would accept what they would have had to pay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
