      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do in the case:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- I bought a tablet,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the seller sent it and provided a tracking number, and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the tracking details by Royal Mail said it is delivered but I never received the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Royal Mail and they said I should contact the seller. I cannot open a claim because the contract is with seller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted the seller but they only asked me to wait. After multiple emails, I got tired of waiting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened the case with eBay but eBay rejected my case because the tracking details said the item has been delivered!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do? Should I open a Paypal dispute?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your advices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
