    <description>&lt;P&gt;The answer to both questions is &amp;nbsp;- You can't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buyers opinion rules so if they say not as described then it is not as described.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best just to keep it amicable and offer refund upon return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully (hopefully) it doesn't happen too many times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its the old Item not as described issue, I would hate to offend an honest buyer but how do I tell who's honest?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA thanks for the replies, does a refund include P&amp;amp;P?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA - Have received the item back totally unsellable - anyone had similar?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is absolutely no way to know. Check thier feedback including f/b left for others which might give you a hint.&amp;nbsp; That said, if they claim SNAD you will have no choice but to refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
