Item removed for being in the'wrong' category

I searched for a book on the same subject as one I wished to sell then clicked sell similar and posted my book.

It di not sell so I relisted it in the same category as the first listing at a lower price only to have it removed for being in the wrong category.

In so doing the photographs were deleted as well as the text and a telephone call confirmed that they were not retrievable. The woman who answered my call was clearly reading from a script and no matter what I asked her she defaulted to her stupid script in a so heavily accented manner it was difficult to understand a word she said. Eventually she had to admit that I have to take the photographs again and retype the fairly long item description. This is as much use as a cat flap in a submarine.

Why would you want a cat flap in a submarine when you can use a porthole?
