&lt;P&gt;When your case has been open for 8 full days, timed to the minute, you should see the option to escalate it.&amp;nbsp; when you do, your refund should follow. Do not close the case on a promise.&amp;nbsp; Ignore the sellers messages from now on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>hi, I have made a purchase but it has been two weeks now and the item still has not arrived. I have open a case, can anyone tell me if the seller can make a refund while a case is open against him? The seller said he cannot and asked me to close the case.</description>
