Question Re: Cardigan in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

An unpaid case cannot be changed over and if the seller cancels it then they are stuck with the eBay fees.

Have you tried logging direct into your Paypal account and using their facility "pay for goods, eBay items"? If not then do so now and see if the payment will go through.

Otherwise you'll have to take the strike and try to appeal it.

I am also going to flag this to a member of the eBay community team and if they are able to contact you, please give them all the information they need. We have had other complaints like this and do not know why it is happening.

Cardigan

Hi. I sent you a message about a cardigan which I can't pay for because the seller cannot take payment. I have tried to pay for the item since the 23rd of May. I've been in touch with the seller a lot of times, and an unpaid case has been opened, which I got a message from eBay to not worry about and you will assist me if I need further help. I wish to cancel the order and never wish to purchase off the seller ever again. The seller said I had to get in touch with you to cancel the order and to cancel the unpaid case. I have never had such a bad seller to buy from in all my time on eBay. Please could you help to sort this? Thankyou.
Kind regards Michelle
