This is eBay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buyers can be as mean spirited as they want.&amp;nbsp; EBay won't remove it as it doesn't contain profanity or break any rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you can do is leave a calm response.&amp;nbsp; Just say what you've said to us: that you made a mistake but refunded them promptly. This will go a long way to reassure your buyers. Try to resist the temptation to sound angry - remember that you're just explaining what happened to your future buyers. Don't use it to argue with this self-righteous buyer who's obviously never made a mistake himself!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;how do i get unfair negative feedback removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was left negative feedback five days after the wrong item was posted contacted buyer to return the item to sort it out . i was left unfair feedback&amp;nbsp; then a day later he wanted a refund which was promptly done. how can negative &amp;nbsp;feedback be left when the buyer was refunded with in five days this cant be fair .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
