    <description>&lt;P&gt;Report the buyer (report the buyer link) for feedback extortion but do not alert the buyer to this.&amp;nbsp; Follow up the report with a phone call to customer support and ask them to review the buyer's messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did the buyer open a case?&amp;nbsp; If so and you responded to it with the offer of a full refund on return of the item then just sit tight.&amp;nbsp; If the buyer fails to escalate the case and return the item then the case should close in your favour after 30 days and at that point any negative feedback will be removed on request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i sold a car radio in working order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;buyer now sys the volume dose not work. i said ok please send it back and i will refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the buyer is refusing to send it back but demanding the refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i haid refund is olny given once the item has been recieved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he is now saying forget it and he will leave me a negative feed back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what can i do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
