I've been charged £60 for selling a unit for £150

You have been relisting items and also using the reserve price feature. Relists are not free unless they come out of your monthly 20 free listings and the fees for using upgraded listing features such as reserve price are payable whether or not the item sells. The listing fees are on the screen before you hit the 'submit with all charges' button.

Did you read up on selling before listing

You have added a reserve to the listing which is very expensive at 4% of the reserve price

You did this 6 times

Listings may be free but you pay final value fees of 10% on the end price of your listing + the postage

You also pay if you add an upgrade to the listing which is non refundable

Ebay charge the fees to your account as soon as the item is sold and invoice once a month for payment

To check your fees go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then Summary then Fees
