      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought&amp;nbsp;Item: *** on the 9th (it was supposed to come within 2 working days, special delivery) but it never appeared. I have opened a case with eBay&amp;nbsp;but I must wait till 25th for a replay from seller (witch I think is a scammer - he never answered my e-mails). I can't really wait one week as my old phones battery doesn't last long and I need new a phone quick for work. Is there any way of shortening the time I have to wait for my money back. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;
