      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an inquiry really. Recently I won an item and paid for it straight away. The next day&amp;nbsp;I had been given a full refund, however no explanation from the seller. Later that day the very same item had been relisted at a higher price. Is this allowed? TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
