    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please can somebody help solve this error?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forget trying to contact the seller. Eight days after opening the case the option to escalate it for eBay to step in will appear? Has it done so, and have you escalated it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, why do you still want to contact the seller? The process from here on is automatic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If eight days hasn't passed yet, wait until it does, then escalate the case. If it's already past eight days and you can't escalate it you will have to phone eBay customer support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I've recently opened a case for an item that hasn't arrived. The seller is ignoring my pleas so I thought to contact them through eBays resolution centre but the link I an supposed to use to send eBay case messages is broken &amp;amp; is saying:&lt;BR /&gt;Oops, we seem to be having technical problems. But the link has been like this for days now &amp;amp; I have no way of contacting the seller ~ this issue won't repair itself &amp;amp; last time this occurred I lost the case &amp;amp; all my money because I couldn't respond because the same eBay link was broken!&lt;BR /&gt;Please can somebody help solve this error?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;You cannot escalate the case until 8 full days have passed which MAY be why you are getting this message. &amp;nbsp;You must escalate the case when you can.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Do not bother trying to contact the seller. He will either respond to the case or not.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;If after the 8th day you still have not had the item then when you escalate eBay refunds; when I did that last it was within 5 minutes&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
