I want to return a parcel to a seller.

I contacted ebay and the seller, everything is OK

But now I can't find the postage label to send the parcel back.

Looked everywhere on my machine but still can't find it.

Does anyone have ideas to get another ?

If the seller issued one you should have received an email with the label. You can also check in your Resolution Centre (bottom of any page). Find case and click on it to get more info.

If label has not been issued you will be able to escalate your case to ebay after 8 to 10 days and ebay will enforce it.

It depends why you want to return it and if you have opened a returns case.

If the item is misdescribed, the seller should send a label. If he does not, ebay will send one at the sellers expense, when you escalate the case.

If you have simply changed your mind, or don't like the item, You are responsible for the cost of return, so just hand write the address and take your parcel to the post office. You don't have to use ebay labels.
