    <description>&lt;P&gt;I dont think ebay listen to complaints&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do agree though and have had the same problem myself with buyers not collecting&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it is known that the buyers do not recieve or know where to look for the code for collecting.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last item I could see had arrived at Argos and was there for a few days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I emailed the buyer and told them it was waiting collection and if they had not recieved the code then to contact ebay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They did pick up so whether that was the problem or not I do not know and was worried they may take offence at being prompted&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had all my items click and collect but now untick it for items that are small enough to go through the letter box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Too many&amp;nbsp;problems and I am opting out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would help if the collection code could be added on to the Purchased item when ready for collection&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Click &amp; Collect Returns for customer not picking up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anybody explaine to me why the seller is obliged to refund items sold on the click and collect basis when customers connot be bothered to pick the item up from the collection point?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had three such cases where Argos have returned items to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent the items in good faith and they were all delivered to the requested destination chosen by the customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel I have fulfilled my obligation and do not see why I should have to issue a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I were to order a couple of dozen computers and not collect I am sure the seller would be annoyed at having to to the the trouble and expense of shipping them only to have them sent back and have to issue a refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any comments or suggestions on how to raise this problem with eBay would be more than welcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
