The item's seller is away, I paid for it and I didn't even get an email of goods despatched (he is away), which means that I won't have the item I need in a long time... Can I get my money back without get in contact with the seller?

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description by a few days then open a not recieved dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it after another 8 days to get your money back

You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
