Late delivery only happens if the buyer says not received by the date specified by eBay

Proof of posting means nothing.....the only way to appeal Late Delivery Defects is to send recorded/special where the posting can be verified online

Dispite posting every item on the day of purchase (except when the Post Office is shut & then posting on the 1st day that it Re-opens) and getting Proof of Postage which will prove this I find myself with a late delivery rate of over 3%.

I find this system very unfair on the sellers who are trying to do everything they can to provide & good fast service!

Whilst I appreciate that some sellers might be making items as despatched when they haven't there are some of us that are honest (can prove this to) that suffer because of this unfair system.

Has anyone else suffered in the same way & what if anything can we do to protect our business name & reputation?
