&lt;P&gt;You closed the dispute so there is nothing you can do there&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can only open one dispute and once closed you can not open another one&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open a not as described dispute in paypal and escalate it within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will have to return the item at your own expense&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ebays dispute proccess is automated and you have to follow the rules&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please dont write your posts in capitals&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is regarded as shouting and very hard to read&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD EITH E BAY FOR 33 MIUNITES AND STILL AWAITING FOR THEM TO SORT OUT PAYPAL AND ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THE BAG I BOUGHT WAS VERY VERY POR QUAILIOYT, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEN INFORMED E BAY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THE SELLER THEN GOT IN CONATCT WITH ME AND ASKED ME TO WITHDRAW MY COMPLAINT AND THEY WOULD SORT SOMETING OUT AND COMPENASATE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THEY TRICKED ME INTO CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AND ASLO INTIMIDATED ME INTO WITH DRAWING MY COMPLAINT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I THINK THIS IS DISGUSTING AND QUITE UNEXPECTED BY A SELLER BUT NEVER THE LESS ITS WAS A VERY HORRIABLE EXPERINCE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;E BAY HAS NOT HELP IN THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN SITTING HER FOR A LONG TIME TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE THIS MATTER UP AS URGENT AS THEY HAVE BUYERS THREATING CUSTOMERS WITH THE BULLYING TACTICS. AND I AM STILL WAITING IT E BAY HAS TO MUCH COMPLAINTS THEN SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH E BAY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;STILL WAITING AND ITS BEEN 45 MIUITES ON THE PHONE I WILL HAVE TO HANG UP. IS THIS WHAT E BAY WANTS, FOR US TO GIVE UP AND GO AWAY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NOT HAPPY.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
