No, ebay dont take the postage off.

If you are allowing collection on an item then it should be cash on collection

Once the buyer has been and Paid then you go to Send payment details to the right of the item and take off the postage.

View the invoice to make sure that it is correct then Send

As soon as you have sent it go to More Actions to the right of the item and mark it Paid and Dispatched.

I am offering to post things out or will accept local collection. Will paypal automatically take the postage out if a person wants to collect locally?

Very unwise to use a photo of a child in a listing, even with the face blurred out.

Someone can place a bid and then apply for your contact details, which would be postcode and phone number. There are some disgusting people on this site and other sellers of children's items have received some very unpleasant messages.
