    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's probably because the seller has 'Unpaid item assistant' set up to open a case automatically if the buyer hasn't paid within a certain number of days. eBay is only doing it on the seller's instructions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to contact the seller about this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Does anyone have any idea why when a seller agrees to wait for payment until a buyer is finished bidding on other items that eBay opens an unpaid case against the buyer thanks</description>
