&lt;P&gt;The photograph used forms part of the description.......in addition if viewed on an app or mobile version of the site then the written description only appears if you click on another link......making the picture an even more important part of the description !!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are quite right, of course, that the buyer didn't read the listing properly. However eBay being eBay if you show a photo of two rolls, and state that two rolls are available, some buyers will inevitaby think they're bidding for two, even if you go on to state that the listing is for only one. It's amazing the number of buyers who bid on the strength of a picture alone, without reading the listing at all. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have already been sent the link to appeal. It might actually be worth phoning customer support in person. They do seem to have adopted a slightly more flexible approach to removing unfair feedback, even if it doesn't contravene any of their specific policies.&lt;/P&gt;
