Question Re: appeal a decision in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

If eBay believe that an appeal would not succeed then the appeal link will not be provided. Where there is a dispute between the buyer and the seller over an item's condition, eBay tend to favour the buyer because they have no hard evidence that what was advertised was actually sent and that what a seller claims is returned, is actually true. This isn't directed at you personally, it is just an explanation of eBay's position on this.

This does not stop you chasing up the matter using outside resources though. Sorry that this has happened to you.

case ID is 5086406701

I had a case open and went in the buyers favour not even allowing me to have my say. The buyer stated he got the box and heard a rattle so he returned it. On recepit of the box no rattles were heard ive plugged it in to fined that the buyer has wiped any software on the box obviouly not knowing what he is doing hence broke the box and made some excuse to return it to me.

Now iam left 130 pound out of pocket with a faulty box so i would like to appeal the decision made

.

Thank you

Nick
