    <description>&lt;P&gt;Possibly.&amp;nbsp; It depends on how and why you cancel.&amp;nbsp; You need to send the buyer a cancellation request, and if they accept it your fees will be refunded, but if they are not happy with the cancellation they could decline the request and you'll be stuck with the fees.&amp;nbsp; Why do you want to cancel ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
