Question Re: Neutral feedback in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

Hello,

100% agree that buyers should contact a seller first to give them a chance to resolve the problem, and not use feedback as a sounding board.

You have resolved the problem, as best you can with a refund, so there is no harm in politely sending a message to them asking if they would rescind the neutral feedback, if they agree, you then send them a feedback revision to complete.

Is there any way of removing feedback if you refund someone after they've given you a neutral rating... I sent an item which the buyer has stated as being incompete weeks after receiving it ( not sure it was incomplete or I'm being duped) and never contacted me to say so..., I would've refunded her without issue so this is annoying to say the least.
