    <description>Be wary of payment advices that are fake, always check that the money is in paypal. I have not looked at your listing, but IF paid you MUST use Special delivery.&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

If you are not paid open an Unpaid Case after 2 days and close after another 4 days to get the fee refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

Unless you had two, I assume you were not paid for the Dinghy first time. Have you started an Unpaid case to recover the fee, it is VERY unwise until you have closed off one sale to relist as you could end up with two buyers and only one item. Recipe for Negative FB.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp;recently sold an Iphone 6 for £400.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer however has 0% Feedback.. And has only just joined ebay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I be weary? I don't want to send the phone only to find it's a scam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Obviously I am not sending the phone&amp;nbsp;until I&amp;nbsp;receive payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts and advice would be great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Ebayers &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
