'You have committed to buy this item" issue

Dear eBay team,

I have accidently clicked on a different product.

However, I wouldn't like to buy it and I cannot cancel the order.

It keeps saying "Unfortuantely, it's too late to cancel your order"

The trascation code is #131781958542.

Could you please cancel it for me?

The only person who can cancel your order is the seller. You can contact the seller through the transaction in your Purchase History.

As eBay has said 'you committed to buy the item.' If the seller is very kind they may cancel the transaction. But they may open a case for an unpaid item. You will have to apologise to them and ask if they will cancel for you.

By the way - this is a member to member advice forum - there are no eBay staff here, only other eBay members.
