    <description>&lt;P&gt;The only person who can cancel your order is the seller. You can contact the seller through the transaction in your Purchase History.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As eBay has said 'you committed to buy the item.' If the seller is very kind they may cancel the transaction. But they may open a case for an unpaid item. You will have to apologise to them and ask if they will cancel for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;By the way - this is a member to member advice forum - there are no eBay staff here, only other eBay members.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
