Cancelling an order after 30 days

We sold an item and the buyer asked us to hold off sending it until he was sure it was the correct item. Now, nearly 2 months later, he wants to cancel the order. How do I deal with this as I can't just press the 'cancel order' button if it's more than 30 days old?

It's too late to cancel the transaction on ebay to get your fee back.

If the buyer paid Paypal refunds can only be done within 60 days of payment. If it's within that time find the payment in your Paypal account, click on it and you will see a refund link.

If it's over that time you will have to send as payment using the Send & Request tab in your Paypal account. Use a personal option so buyer does not pay receiving fee.

Its too late on ebay to cancel and they are too late to open any dispute as they have 30 days from the latest estiated day of delivery

It is is over 60 days then they are too late to leave feedback too

Just go to paypal and refund.

Next time I would not wait so long unless it is a collection item
