only pay when you sell in June - not applied

Hi, I received a message from eBay informing me that I'd only pay fees when an item sold in June, ie no insertion fees. This seems to be an ongoing promotion. Usually the promo appears at the bottom of my selling page, along with the 20 free listings per month. This month, however, only the 20 free listings show. When I listed some items this morning they were counted as one of the free 20 and not from the usual 100 per day. Has anyone else noticed this? So, once I use up my free 20 listings for June, do you think the other promo will come into effect?

Hello,

There is a technical fault with this month's promotion, and it is not workling for anybody at the moment! Ebay are aware and are working on it, hopefully it will be solved in a day or two.
