    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you escalated the case?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That has to be done within 30 days of starting it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If so there are delays in ebay sorting out escalated cases.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You could try contacting them using the Help &amp;amp; Contact link at top of page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Opened Case from March Still Not Resolved</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opened a case against a seller for an item I won and paid for by Paypal straight away. When it didn't arrive (she'd not actually sent it) she offered me a refund which I said was okay. Then she emailed and said according to her Paypal account there was a problem with MINE and she'd never been paid at all so didn't owe me anything. I see it coming out of my Paypal account on 5/3 (sale finished 4/3). I opened a case on 25/3, said my bit, I assume she said hers to eBay but I've not heard anything since and the case still shows as open. Until I can call/email eBay tomorrow, has anyone come across this before? I mean a case being open for 2 months? It's only a small amount but that's not really the point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
