Blocking communication from a seller

Hi I have had appaling service from a seller and want to block them from contacting me or leaving feedback. I have blocked them as a buyer in my accout site preferances but messages are still getting through, how can addess this? any advise greatfully recieved(:

A seller can only leave positive feedback so if they leave a positive with a negative comment you can ask ebay to remove it and the seller will get a black mark on their account

Go to your buyer requirements and scroll down the page to Stop blocked bidders from contacting me.

You can only block them if you are not in a transaction with them
