Feedback revisions

Can anyone please clarify. If put forward a feedback revision to a buyer and they ignore it (don't revise it) and it expires. Does that mean that, that feedback revision has been used up?

I had a feedback revision available, on ebays advise I submitted it to a buyer to try to resolve the situation. They did not end up revising the feedback the revision expired after 10 days.

I have since got a negative from another buyer. I have worked things out with the buyer and they are happy to revise the feedback, however I have gone to send a feedback revison and have seen that it says "no revisons left" Oh no! Devastating as I have worked it out with the buyer and can't revise it!

On the 20th of the month it is my account evaluation. If I have obtainied another 100 feedback score in the last month would this mean I would be eligible for another feedback revision? I know you get 5 revisions per year entitlement, but what I want to know is do they only get applied to your account once per year or after so many feedbacks?
