Advanced listing upgrade fees

What are advanced listing upgrade fees? I have been charged over £5 for this & I've no idea why? I've sold 1 item which I sold through bidding so Ebay obviously taken their commission but the extra charge is for what? I haven't managed to sell any of my other items.. I'm confused as it was promoted as no insertion fees etc. Helpppppp 🙂

Only the insertion of the basic listing is free

when the item sells you are charged a 10% final value fee

if you add extras to your basic listings, such as buy it now, a reserve or gallery plus you will incur fees which are payable even if the item doesn't sell. - these are the Advanced listing upgrade fees

my ebay >>> account tab >>> seller account >>> invoices

to see a break down of the fees you have been charged.
