Hi,

I sold an item to a buyer who then decided they didn't want the item. I've paid a lot in sellers fees for the item but don't seem to have had the fees returned which is VERY unfair....can someone please help give me the fees back ?

The items is/was 131785199397 SMALL DOG BREEDING / WHELPING BOX - AWESOME BOX ! FLAT PACKED FOR POSTING !!!!!

Ebay debit the final selling fee to your ebay account as soon as the listing ends with a winning buyer not when the buyer pays.

If the buyer doesn't pay you have to make ebay aware in order to get a refund of the fee.

Send the buyer a cancellation request choosing buyer change of mind as the reason and when they accept the cancellation you'll get the fee refunded. If they ignore it you can close it yourself after 10 days.
