&lt;P&gt;if they are overseas then you pay&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Request a returns so the seller should send you a label&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to make sure it goes back by a tracked method of postage&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It looks as if all the items you have bought were from the UK so your replacement should arrive quickly&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does not then make sure you dont run out of time to open a not as described dispute.&lt;/P&gt;
