&lt;P&gt;The charge is for postage and any packaging so yes you would have paid for the Jiffy bag.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you bid on the item you were in effect accepting the post and packaging charges and really should not complain....provided the seller sent the item by the method stated on the listing. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sellers also have the added cost of getting to a Post office (some have to travel miles) and also Ebay charge sellers 10% fees on the post and packaging charges too &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am I charged &amp;amp;4.50 p&amp;amp;p then when parcel arrives postage was £1.84 ? &amp;nbsp;Do I pay for jiffy bag etc as one seller I ask suggested &amp;amp; blamed Poffice!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
