Issue managing two factor authentication now eBay and PayPal are two separate companies

I activated a new VIP (Validation & ID Protection) token via PayPal site which should automatically sync through to EBay, but now they are separate companies the sync doesn't register the new VIP token. To try and resolve myself, I deactivated all VIP tokens (security keys) on PayPal and again this did not sync through to EBay account.

I spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred between EBay and PayPal both saying it was neither their responsibility because they are now two separate companies.

Can someone please tell how to deactivate two factor authentication/ control security key setting independently via the EBay web site as there is nothing on the online help and neither EBay or PayPal support seem to know what two factor authentication is.

Up-date: I was able to manage the secure key using the solution offered by @norseway53 this allowed me to deactivate existing key and active new one.

Please note that you must entre the 6 digit code at the end of your password otherwise you get an error.

Security Key: Symantec VIP Access installed on iPhone 5s

Browser: Firefox (39.0)

Hi, just in case you still have a problem, our community manager has looked into this and has provided what is thought to be the solution:-

To deactivate on eBay:

Log in to your eBay account.
Click the "My eBay" link at the top of the page.
Click the "Personal Information" link in the My Account section.
Click the "Edit" link in the Security Information section.
Click the "Deactivate" link.
Press the button on your Security Key token or key card and enter the code.
Click "Deactivate."

It would be extremely helpful if you could try it out and let us know whether it works.
