    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you send it back tracked?. Did you open a dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page?.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are out of time to escalate the dispute and you paid by paypal then open the dispute there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have to put the tracking of the return onto the dispute and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Return cases have to be escalated to ebay within 30 days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If it's still within that timeframe go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details &amp;gt; Respond to Case &amp;gt; Escalate This Case &amp;gt; Submit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
