      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received my order and the tracking number is fake. Seller does not answer me. I ordered 10 pcs. got only 4 pcs. they came 21-7-2021. But tracking number is fake and seller's account is gone.I want my money for the 6 pieces. I have not got.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seller can only be "Gone" if ebay removes him.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normally you would be able to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, but if seller has been removed I doubt that you can do this and you may need to make a claim through whatever method you used to pay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you used Paypal then open a Not As Described Case with them BUT read everything and follow instructions. If another method you will have to contact the Card Provider or whatever method you used to pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
