Can anyone help em with providing eBay customer service contact number where will can speak with the person????

or an email where I can contact them to report a fraud seller ajd get my refund

Are you still waiting to receive the item or, has the item arrived and it's defective/doesn't match the listing?

It is not normally necessary to call eBay.

Either complete a case on eBay or if you cannot do that, then go to PayPal.

You have 180 days (about 6 months) to do that but try eBay first.

The process is automatic.

I paid with my debit card on eBay amd not by PayPal

I returned item.
I provided tracking number reputedly and have email proofs
Tracking number showing item has been received and delivered back to the seller

I have NOT RECEIVED REFUND AJD SELLER IS refusing to refund and is doing fraud

I tried reaching out to eBay customer service but there is no phone number or email contact I can use to reach out to them

I need EBAY CUSTOMER SERVCE WORKING NUMBER OR EMAIL

Have you actually opened a case in the resolution centre? There is no phone number or email address for eBay customer services, you use the help and contact button on the top of the page and you will get a call back or live chat option.

I don’t get any option for call back or live chat option on my page.

I did open case and eBay said I didn’t provide tracking number so they closed they case.

I however did provide tracking number on several occasions and I have email proofs

Seller lied to eBay and eBay shut my case

I have all evidence
I need to speak to their team

If it is the Chinese Seller you bought from? They are Based in China but Ship from a UK Fulfilment Centre in Dunstable you only needed to Return the Item there.
