Whats with ebay making it difficult to use other postage carriers? I have sent returns via hermes I used to be able to add track info as other carrier option, have they done away with this now, I cant see anyway to mark the return as dispatched, unless I use the supplied labels via ebays prefered carriers, royal mail and collect plus. Im stuck at this point in the return, now. I don't want to return via your carriers, and it seems these changes are just trying to force buyers to return via the carriers you have cut a deal with. No wonder people are using other selling platforms. So can anyone tell me a way to add tracking to a return without having to line ebays pockets further please.

Ebay's Labels are cheap compared to some Carrier's. They are also linked to your Ebay Returns. Enabling you to Receive your Guaranteed Refund once the system Confirms Delivery back to the Seller through the Ebay Tracked Reference.

Thanks Ruby*tuesday, however there used to be an option to add tracking for other carriers, you may be fine being railroaded into using the carriers ebay have cut a deal with. I am not. they clearly removed the option to railroad people, for more profits.
