    <description>&lt;P&gt;It does say that you accepted.&amp;nbsp; If seller will not accept this then escalate the case as ebay say "ask us to step in" if refund not received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bear in mind that refunds go back to source and in most cases take time, BUT the Paid Symbol against the item should indicate if a refund is in progress.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seller offers partial refund&amp;nbsp; and I accepted.
