Do eBay contact you if they delete feedback. It was there yesterday but gone today. There was no point in contacting seller to say I was providing negative feedback as they had failed to respond to previous messages other than to refuse a refund request without comment.

the only way a seller can refuse as refund is for a change of mind request.

So if you mentioned that then the feedback would be removed if the seller asked.

What was the seller's returns policy?

Unless this stated that they accept returns, they were entitled to refuse your return request.

If you negged them for refusing a return that they didn't have to accept, why would you be surprised that it was removed?

You seem to have stopped bothering to leave any positive feedbacks. PLEASE don't become one of these awful buyers who never thank their sellers for good service, but can't wait to leave a neg when there's a problem.

Having made 8 purchases in last 12 months and left feedback 7 times (6 positive) not sure where you’re coming from

you haven't left any feedback on this account for over a year! perhaps you have a different account where the missing negative feedback will be showing
