I paid for an item on 19th March 2021. After a long wait what arrived in early july was some switch unit. I had sent a few messages asking about the delay in shipping. The reply I kept getting was because of covid there will be a delay. Because of this delay any links to make a complaint to ebay has been closed. I paid EUR 350 + shipping and taxs of ERU 98.49 . Total of EUR 448.49. I can still message and have messaged about this but have had no relays. I can not find a way to message ebay about this as all links to this auction has gone.

Can someone give me some advice of how I should deal with this.

You have wandered onto Ebay UK. Log out and back into www.ebay.com.

Ask on their Community Boards.

However you should remove the private information from your post and images.
