If you mean they haven't paid then enter UNPAID in help and contact to see the COREECT procedure now for dealing with NON PAYERS.

After 4 days, you cancel the sale using reason Buyer has not paid and you can then relist. Buyer gets an Unpaid Strike and NO feedback can be left. (In other words they can't leave you a negative)

They have paid but do not seem to show any interest in collection.
Can you tell me if they will be given my address by ebay before I give it
to them.

You need to contact buyer with your phone number & address to arrange collection.
