I have been sending my customers 2nd chance offers for years,however,in the past week they have all told me that they had messages stating that I do not post to the towns they live in?? I post anywhere!! Help! How do I sort this out?? No boxes are ticked in postal preferences.......I post all over the UK......and abroad.

Buyers opting in to Second chance offers will only appear when original sale/s are closed down properly ...

Errr.........whats wrong with that???? 99 per cent of my customers are in
the UK......what should it be set to??
