How the hell do I speak to eBay'

i have been trying to return a item'

the seller keeps saying he will send a courier but hasn't'

and I can't print my own label for som reason .

You need to ask someone to Print the 2kg Label for you. If the Item weighs more than 2 kg yes the Seller needs to organise it. Escalate the Case for Ebay to Step in? They will Refund you without having to Return the Item if your Seller hasn't organised the Return to his Address.

Yes ‘ the seller as told me for two weeks that he is sending a courier and now I can’t print a label, it’s the worst seller ever and I will never purchase large items from eBay ever again as trying to contact them is a nightmare x

They have told me a courier is collecting the wardrobe but now they are ignoring me and eBay is ridiculous you can’t actually talk to someone or even message’
I think after this nightmare I will remove myself from eBay’
